Bed and Breakfast
1. Subject
These general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between the customer and La Hugotine,
hereinafter referred to as “the Establishment”. All bookings imply unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Rates
– Rates are given in euros (EUR), all taxes included.
– Rates are per night and per room, for 2 people, breakfast included, with 1 hour of spa and sauna free
per stay.
– Additional person: EUR 35 / night / person. Additional person: 35 EUR / night / person.
– Free for children up to 4 years of age.
– A 5% discount is applied to weekly rentals.
– A tourist tax of 1.30 EUR per night and per adult is charged in addition.
3. Duration of stay
– The customer contracts for a fixed period. Under no circumstances may he/she avail himself/herself of any right to
remain in the premises beyond this period.
– Minimum stay: 2 nights
– In the event of early departure, the full amount of the stay remains due.

4. Reservations and payment terms
– Reservations become firm after payment of a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay.
– The balance is payable on arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
– Failure to pay the deposit within 5 days will automatically cancel the reservation.
– The following methods of payment are accepted: cash, bank transfer, credit card, cheques (to be adapted according to your situation).

5. Cancellation policy
– More than 30 days prior to arrival: full refund of deposit.
– Between 30 and 7 days: deposit retained.
– Less than 7 days, no-show or interruption of stay: 100% of stay due, no refund.
– We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

6. Timetable
– Arrivals: between 6pm and 8pm
– Departures: between 10am and 11am
– Breakfasts: served between 8am and 10am, indoors or outdoors depending on the weather.

7. House rules
– The establishment is a non-smoking facility.
– All guests are asked to respect the peace and quiet of the premises.
– The establishment reserves the right to charge for any damage, theft or loss of property caused by the guest.
– No pets are allowed without prior written authorization.
– It is forbidden to organize private parties or events without prior agreement.
– Failure to comply with the house rules may result in immediate termination of the stay, without refund.

8. Responsibilities
– Guests are responsible for any damage they may cause in the guest house.
Terms and Conditions
– The establishment accepts no responsibility for theft, loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
– The facilities (spa, sauna, garden, etc.) must be used in accordance with the safety instructions provided. Their use
is the exclusive responsibility of the customer.

9. Personal data
– Personal data collected as part of the booking process is used exclusively for the purpose of managing
the customer relationship.
– In accordance with the RGPD, the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete any data concerning him/her
.
10. Force majeure
– In the event of exceptional circumstances (bad weather, health restrictions, disaster, etc.), the establishment reserves
the right to cancel or modify the reservation.
– No compensation may be claimed in the event of force majeure.

11. Disputes – Applicable law
– In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will first be sought.
– Failing this, the competent court will be that of the place of establishment.
– These GTC are subject to French law.
